RETURN POLICY (CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION)

Customers may return purchased goods within 1 - 2 days and receive a full refund providing the packaging has not been opened or otherwise damaged.

Note: If the item has been used the customer may return the item for a small fee.

RETURN POLICY (MANUFACTURING FAULT)

1. If the item purchased has a manufacturing fault and is returned within 10 days of purchase the customer will receive a brand new sealed replacement item or a full refund.

2. If the item purchased has a manufacturing fault and is returned between 10 and 15 days of purchase the customer may receive a brand new sealed replacement item. Otherwise the item will be repaired.

3. If the item purchased has a manufacturing fault and is returned after 15 days of purchase the item will be repaired under warranty.

DJI AFTER-SALES SERVICE POLICY

Elk Fish Robotics offers the manufacturer's warranty which can be found at www.dji.com/service.

In the event of an issue customers should contact Elk Fish Robotics immediately as advice from forums may be misleading and if carried out often voids warranties.

For warranty claims Elk Fish Robotics will cover shipping costs once an RMA number has been issued and repairs are approved by DJI. 

PAID REPAIRS

Elk Fish Robotics is authorised to conduct paid repairs not covered by warranties and offers fast efficient turnaround. In the event of operator error it is recommended that you contact us directly.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period commences at the time the rental item is picked up by or delivered to the Renter, and it concludes when it is returned.

2. PAYMENT: Full payment is due prior to the rental item being taken by the Renter. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, credit card, or direct bank transfer.

3. DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required, refundable upon return of the rental item in the same condition as it was rented.

4. RENTAL RETURN: The Renter agrees to return the rented items on the date agreed upon in the rental agreement. The rental day ends at the store's closing time on the agreed-upon return date.

5. LATE RETURNS: If the Renter is unable to return a rental as scheduled, they must contact the rental team to discuss 24 hours prior to the return date. Unscheduled late rentals may incur an overdue fee for each day the equipment is not returned beyond the initially agreed return date.

6. DAMAGE AND LOSS: The Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the rental item from the time it is picked up/delivered until it is returned. This does not include normal wear and tear.

7. INSURANCE: It is the Renter's responsibility to maintain adequate insurance to cover any damage, loss, or liability related to the rented item.

8. LIABILITY: The Renter will indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from any liability arising out of the use of the rental item during the rental period.

9. DEFAULT: If the Renter fails to comply with any terms and conditions of the agreement, the Rental Company may terminate this agreement and take possession of the rental items.

10. MODIFICATIONS: No modification or waiver of any terms of the agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
